Do I keep control of my wallet?+

Yes. Your seed phrase stays with you. AlphaChaser operates through a staking-only proxy key, which cannot transfer or withdraw funds. You can revoke proxy access on-chain.

What does my membership include?+

Access to the trading agent, your portfolio dashboard, positions and trade history, strategy performance views, and Telegram monitoring. Both billing options include the same product access.

Do I need to be technical?+

The app guides you through account creation, membership, and wallet connection. You’ll need a compatible Bittensor wallet and should understand the permissions you grant before activating your agent.

Are returns guaranteed?+

No. Subnet trading carries substantial risk, including the loss of some or all of your capital. Strategies can have losing periods. Past performance and paper results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Is the dashboard preview showing live results?+

No. The homepage preview uses illustrative sample data to demonstrate the interface. Your signed-in dashboard displays your account information. Paper strategy results are identified separately.

Can I cancel or revoke access?+

You can manage your subscription in your account. Cancelling billing and revoking trading permissions are separate actions; revoke the agent’s proxy access on-chain when you want to remove its trading permission.
