Do I control my own wallet and funds?

Yes; completely. AlphaChaser is non-custodial. The bot runs on your own VPS, uses your own Bittensor wallet, and your seed phrase never leaves your machine. We have no access to your TAO at any point.

Is this guaranteed to make money?

No. Nothing in investing is guaranteed. AlphaChaser is a live-tested momentum strategy on Bittensor subnets; it has had profitable stretches in live trading, but it can and will have losing trades. Only deploy capital you're willing to lose.

Do I need to be technical to use it?

For the DIY tier, you should be comfortable spinning up a VPS and editing a config file. For Done-With-You, no technical experience is required; we screen-share the entire deployment and only finish once the bot is live.

What's the difference between DIY and Done-With-You?

DIY gives you the bot files, dashboard, and full setup docs; you deploy on your own. Done-With-You is everything in DIY plus a 1-on-1 session where we walk through your VPS setup, wallet connection, and first live test together.

What happens if the bot has a bug or breaks?

The bot logs everything and pushes alerts to Telegram, so you'll know immediately if something stops. Both tiers include 30–60 days of updates, so most bugs are caught and patched quickly. The bot is yours forever.

Refund policy?

Because this is a digital download with access to source code, all sales are final once files have been delivered. The Done-With-You implementation session is fully refundable if we haven't yet scheduled it.
